Hey there! Would you, generally speaking, be interested in a news site focusing exclusively on local, good news? Like the dog returning home after being on the run for two weeks, or the grocery store giving food to homeless people? Or would you rather just keep on reading about terrorist attacks, rape and racism?

Today, Pop witnessed a bad case of (non) communication while feasting at a fast food restaurant. One mother only had eyes for her smartphone, while her small girl looked at her with big innocent eyes. You could almost hear her saying “mommy, look at me…” Pop got really annoyed and asked the mother to put her phone away and communicate with her kid. Her subtle answer was “haista vit*u” (fu*k off, in Finnish). With the risk of sounding like an old poop, there are situations in today’s digitalized society where traditional communication channels still rock!
