Description
Modern Smørrebrød, Beer and Aquavit by Mikkeller. For lunch we serve ‘smørrebrød’, the traditional and beloved danish topped rye bread - paired with the best beer from Mikkeller and other top breweries. Our smørrebrød is built on classic, traditional flavors, but with room for modern adjustments and a larger aesthetic expression.
In the evening we serve 3 different tasting menus, these are not consisting of Smørrebrød but take inspiration from the Danish kitchen.
We believe, a menu that follows the seasons will always taste best. We strive to offer the most comprehensive and ambitious selection of Aquavit in Denmark, as a suitable pair to our cuisine. Our selection stretches from traditional Scandinavian Aquavit to a more modern interpretation, and rare vintage.
