Last week our team of sommeliers and bartenders from Mesteren & Lærlingen and Kødbyens Fiskebar teamed up with Chef Joey Scalabrino at Lighthouse BK to bring nordic cocktails and natural wines to Brooklyn. On the 4th of April our gentlemen will team up with Joey Scalabrino at Lighthouse, serving a 5 course seafood inspired dinner, paired with natural wines and nordic cocktails. Friday night and time for a cocktail. Bartender Mads and Pastry chef Søren has worked together to create "Bag(h)jul". We make it with homemade fermented cherry sirup, vodka and Luxardo maraschino. Come by and have a drink tonight.

When the snow is falling and the waters around us are getting colder the seafood is getting even more beautiful. At Fiskebaren we really enjoy the winter season and all the beautiful fish and shellfish around Denmark. This trout comes from Lars Birger, aka. the Clint Eastwood of Bisserup. We serve the beautiful trout raw - as a tartar.
