Underground Danish Electronic Music for you fine citizens of Aarhus and beyond... WHATWHAT aims to bring you a hand-picked selection of Denmark's up-and-coming producers and electronic songwriters.
We believe in inclusion. We don't believe in genres, clubs or cliques. We do this for love, not the money, and we really want to stimulate the Electronic Music scene in Aarhus, celebrate it's diversity and make it more accessible.
Our focus is on creating forward-thinking, exciting concerts that offer something a little different. From noisecore to synthpop, techno to tape ambience, we try to keep the music wide and surprising, and encourage our audience to experience sounds that they wouldn't normally hear. Our lineups are hand-picked from various music communities around the country, and sometimes we might even book a larger international name to headline, giving our artists a chance to perform to a larger audience.
We believe live music should be available to everyone, which is why we run a 'Pay-What-You-Want' entrance policy for our regular events.

WHATWHAT begins a new season of delicious Danish electronica by welcoming a motely crew of DIEM to the Radar stage... expect a thrilling ride of beats, visuals and crazy noises! Clara Chill Clara Chill pushes elements of pop and electronic music into new areas and thus creates her own universe of sounds; a fusion of haunting melodies and intense beats, combined with cinematic soundscapes and experimental voice effects. Her music reflects the long journey as an artist through the galaxy of oscillating frequencies and vibrating subbasses, torn between light and dark. Mess_montage Mess_Montage (GEO,upcoming Shimmering Moods Records) is live electronic act by Tornike Margvel. The music of Mess_Montage can be described as a blend of melancholic ambient soundscapes, raw synth lines and drum machine beats. Baychimo Frederik Meyer aka. Baychimo, brings his electronic noisy beats and bass tracks to Radar. A blend between schizophrenic glitches and rhythmic Future Garage. Doing the performance, Kristoffer Ottosen will contribute with amazingly, disturbing visuals. Nimes New Noman Nimes New Noman is probably not the best DJ you will ever see, nor the most handsome. Technically 80% of the world could do what he does, and 40% could probably do it better. The point is that he loves you, he loves himself, and he loves showing you the weirdest corners of electronic music In the spirit of Aarhus' annual Festuge, entrance will be free, with the option to donate towards the event's cost ❤️
