Na trhu nemovitostí se pohybuji již od roku 2006, kdy jsem v rámci rozšiřování pobočkové sítě několika bankovních ústavů zpracovával průzkumy lokalit a location scoring po celé ČR . Tato zkušenost byla velmi cenným a bohatým náhledem do mé budoucí profese a cenným zdrojem poznatků k pochopení fungování trhu s nemovitostmi, a to zejména trhu s maloobchodními prostorami.  Dále mě naučila chápat mechanismy tvorby cen nemovitostí na trhu a široké spektrum vlivů, které na ceny působí. Obecně jsem se zabýval i pronájmem maloobchodních nebytových prostor (retail) a to v centrech měst po celé ČR.
My experience in real estate begins before 2006 when I was collecting data and further worked on retail surveys and location scorings for banks in the Czech Republic for the purpose of their expansion of the branch network. For me this experience was very valuable and enriching insight into my future profession and a valuable source of knowledge for understanding the functioning of the real estate market, especially retail premises, but also taught me to understand the mechanisms of pricing on the real estate market and a awareness of the broad spectrum of impacts that effect on prices. Generally, I dealt with the leasing of commercial spaces (retail) in centers of cities throughout the Czech republic.

Od roku 2011 se věnuji prodeji nemovitostí se specializací na second-hand byty, byty v luxusních developerských projektech v širším centru Prahy, rodinné domy v širším centru i okolí Prahy ( např. Praha – západ), bytové domy – pronajaté s výnosem i prázdné pro development a následné zhodnocení, hotely – v provozu i budovy bývalých provozů hotelu, dnes vhodné k rekonstrukci či remodelingu (změna užívání v souladu se situací na trhu v místě) a v neposlední řadě na prodej maloobchodních jednotek v širším centru Prahy.
Since 2011 I specialize onto sales of real estate with focus on second-hand apartments, flats in  luxury development projects in the center of Prague and surroundings, family houses in the wider center of Prague and also its surroundings (eg. Prague - West), apartment buildings - leased with yield or empty for development and further revaluation, hotels - in operation and buildings of former hotel now suitable for renovation or remodeling (change of use) and last but not least, the sale of retail units in the center and wider center of Prague.

Přidruženou činností, které se věnuji již nějakých 13 let, je krátkodobé a střednědobé ubytování zahraničních i tuzemských studentů v Praze, především lokality v centru města a na pražských Vinohradech.
