Everything! This is one of the coolest hostels we have ever stayed in! Ivan, the owner is super nice and very helpful. He does everything to make you feel home and cares about the cleanliness and comfort of the house a lot. It is a brand new hostel so everything is new and it has got nice rooms, a big kitchen and seating area and a nice small terrace with trees and greenery. It seems to be a bit far from the city center but by bus, it is only 3 stops away and it is also easy and cheap to use uber.
