Sva naša jela su spravljena u duhu mediteranske i autohtone kuhinje popraćena s modernim tehnikama prezentacije. Izvorni okus domaćih i svježih namirnica je neizostavna nota koja se provlači kroz svako jelo koje izađe iz naše kuhinje.

Restaurant Para di šoto enriches ground floor of Hotel Slavija, a place that used to be private Roman baths of the emperor Diocletian himself. Para di šoto is a magical symbiosis of ancient times and modern interior featuring minimalism design to express true value and beauty of centuries behind us.
We make dishes in Mediterranean spirit and with respect to autochthonous cuisine accompanied with modern presentation techniques. All the dishes that come out from our kitchen have something in common: you will truly feel the taste of each thing on your plate because we only use fresh and homegrown groceries.
Team Restaurant Para di šoto is made of people who are in love with Split, cultural heritage and rich, tasty dishes. We are proud for not being like other trendy restaurants and for constant striving to give you a proper feeling of past times. Anisija Sissi Čulić, dobrodošla! S veseljem Vam javljamo da smo našu kužinu upotpunili s novim chefom. Nekoć modna dizajnerica koja je odlučila da je vrijeme da odloži svoju iglu i konac i započne stvarati druge oblike umjetnosti. Anisija je obogatila i usavršila svoj talent u privatnoj kuharskoj školi Žižić, a potom specijalizirala mediteransku kuhinju pri SKMER-u u Splitu na Kuharskoj akademiji. Kontinuirano sudjeluje na internacionalnim kulinarskim seminarima i radionicama gdje je imala priliku kuhati s velikanima gastro scene. Anisija se odlučila pridružiti našem timu oduševljena s činjenicom da će stvarati neke nove forme i okuse u Dioklecijanovim termama iz 4. stoljeća. Anisija Sissi Čulić, welcome! We are glad to inform you that we have enriched our team with a new chef. Anisija is a former fashion designer who decided it was time to put down her needle and thread and devote herself to other forms of art. Taking part in the reality show Masterchef only confirmed her decision after which she continued to enrich her culinary skills by attending Culinary Institute. Attending the international culinary seminars and workshops gave her the chance to cook with respectable chefs. Anisija decided to join our team because the restaurant is based above Roman baths dating from the 4th century which she considered an ideal working environment for someone who seeks inspiration for new dishes in our cultural legacy.
