It has been a while since we had a meal of day, so we decided to offer you today - GREGADA, that we presented during this summer and had positive feedback. Meal of the day - GREGADA. It is the traditional fishermen's way of preparing the fish. Secret of gregada is in the holy trinity of ingredients: different type of white fish, onion and potatoes with addition of white wine, garlic, olive oil and lemons. Dragi gosti, s obzirom da nismo dugo pripremali ovo jelo na vasu radost odlucili smo Vam ponuditi danas, kao jelo dana- GREGADA, koje smo predstavili ovog ljeta. Jelo dana - GREGADA. Tradionalno jelo koje su davnini nasi preci, ribari pripremali. Tajna gregade je u svetom trojstvu sljedecih sastojaka: mjesavina razlicitih vrsta bijele ribe, kapula i krumpir uz dodatak bijelog vina, cesnjaka, maslinovog ulja i limuna. Meal of the day - MARINATED RUMPSTEAK ON GRILL, with green bean, potatoes and bacon What is the secret of this extraordinary, yet simple meal? There are several important details. First, the quality and the freshness of the meat. This is the most prevalent form of meat preparation and therefore it is unacceptable that meat is old and poor quality. Trust us, when we say that our rumpsteak is top quality! Equally important is the marinade. Our ramstek, layed in perfectly made marinade for seven days, in complete darkness, and as such is ideal for grill. Sidedish to our marinated rumpsteak are potatoes with green bean, onion and bacon. It goes very well with our San Servolo Red (crafted beer) or red wine such as Crljenak, Trnjak or Dingac. We will make sure that you will leave our tavern with a big smile after trying this meal. Welcome to konoba Korta. Jelo dana - MARINIRANI RAMSTEK NA ZARU, sa krumpirom, fažoletima i pancetom. U cemu je tajna ovog izuzetnog, a opet jednostavnog jela sa zara? Vaznih detalja ima nekoliko. Prvo, kvaliteta i svjezina mesa. Ovo je najizvorniji oblik pripreme mesa i zato je nedopustivo da meso bude staro ili lose kvalitete. A mi Vam upravo jamcimo da je nas ramstek, kvalitetan i pazljivo tretiran. U nastavku istog, marinada je kljucna u ovom receptu. Nas ramstek je odlezao u savrseno pripremljenoj marinadi punih 7 dana, u potpunom mraku, i kao takvog cini ga idealnim za pripremu jela. Kao prilog ramsteku servira se krumpir sa fažoletima te mladi krumpir sa kapulom i pancetom. Ovo jelo odlicno ide uz nas San Servolo Crveni ili pak uz nasa crna vina poput Trnjak, Crljenjak ili Dinagc. Dodjite do nas, i uzivajte.
