The Fundación Espacio Arte is a non profit organisation based in Colombia, Southamerica. Our approach relies on generating and supporting social processes through interdisciplinary art projects. By constructing a frame in which individuals and communities get together with competent profesionals of diverse fields, with a focus on a creative and respectful way of relating to ourselves and the enviroment, we intend to cultivate what we believe to be a good life.
The domicile of the foundation, is a small farm in the Corregimiento of Santa Elena, a rural region located in the surroundings of the city of Medellín (Antioquia). This magical space, between the beauty of nature and the beauty of urban chaos, is our physical starting point and the inspiration of our work. We are convinced, that big changes are based on a personal attitud towards what we are and what we do.
