Thank you Winnipeg! Because of the support we received from approximately 55,000 people who came to our holiday light show, Canad Inns Destination Centres and the Red River Exhibition are proud to make a $14,000 donation to KidSport Manitoba and the Red River Exhibition Foundation. This money helps young Manitobans play sports or continue their education in aerospace, agriculture, business, creative arts and tourism. Thanks to everyone for coming out - on some nights in blizzard-like conditions - and for braving the cold. See you in December!

ALERT: Canad Inns Winter Wonderland is closed tonight, Dec. 26. The snow is proving to be too difficult to clear and we want everyone to stay safe at home. Thank you for your understanding. We will reopen tomorrow, Dec. 27 at 6 pm.

Now that the weather is behind us, it's really looking like a Winter Wonderland around here. Thanks to our crews who worked long hours to keep the show open the past few days. What you need to know about Canad Inns Winter Wonderland: 1. Opens tonight at 6 pm & runs until 10 pm. 2. NEW entrance this year. Check the map before you arrive. 3. Get your $10 vehicle ticket (up to 7 passengers) from Canad Inns, Red River Co-op Gas & Grocery stores or Mac's. Price at the gate is $15. 4. Our skating rink is not open yet as it has not been cold enough to freeze the pond. 5. Bring your phone and/or camera. We have a new Photo Stop with some great holiday statues - take your Christmas photo here!

Snow on the ground today is getting us excited for the opening of Canad Inns Winter Wonderland on Friday, Dec. 2. Three things to remember: 1. We have a new entrance for Canad Inns Winter Wonderland this year. If you came to The EX last June & entered from the west side, you'll know where you're going. Here's a map to study over the next few weeks! We'll have lots of signage to get you going in the right direction. Can't wait to see you all here!

Canad Inns Winter Wonderland is right around the corner! Our drive thru holiday light show runs from Dec. 2 - Jan. 7 (closed Christmas Day). Ticket prices remain the same. Pick up advance vehicle tickets (for up to 7 passengers) from Canad Inns, Red River Co-op Gas and Grocery stores and Mac's for just $10. (at the gate the ticket price is $15). In the spirt of the season, proceeds from the show are donated to KidSport Manitoba and the Red River Exhibition Foundation - providing scholarships to young Manitobans.
