I am a wife and a mom of 2 boys ! I am busy and was going to school, working full time and making sure everyone in my family was happy ! I am currently on Maternity Leave, so I am taking this opportunity to start my own business and become a Team Beachbody coach !

I plan on helping others achieve their own personal goals by achieving mine ! I will share my daily workouts, my achievements and all my before and after photos.
My ultimate goal is to show everyone that making a little time for yourself each day will make a world of a difference to your health.

SHAKEOLOGY PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES 🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫 ▪ 4 scoops Chocolate Shakeology ▪ 2 cups quick oats ▪ 1/3 cup chopped peanuts ▪ 1/2 cup golden raisins ▪ 1 cup unsweetened almond milk ▪ 1/2 cup peanut butter Mix dry ingredients. Add rest. Mix. Press in pan. Cover. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Clean eating superfood treat for dessert!! Thank you 21 Day Fix! ✌🏼

💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛 TOUGH LOVE TUESDAY coming your way! You ready?!? "I don't have time." <--NUMBER ONE excuse people make for not exercising. Guess what? A 30-minute workout is 2% of your day...TWO FREAKIN' PERCENT! Own the fact that not having time is your EXCUSE not reality. GUT CHECK moment...If I were to come "audit" your day, do you think I could find 30 minutes a day for you to exercise? I am sure I wouldn't find any time wasted scrolling your FB Newsfeed or time watching TV or playing on apps or ??? I mean every moment of every day is being used to better you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, right?!? The quality of your life today and into the future depends on how you spend 2% of your day TODAY! It's that simple. Now, I know I will hear about having to pack the kids up to go to the gym, working out, packing them all back up, and returning home is a 2 hour process, not 30-minutes. I get it. I totally get it. I was there and used time as my excuse. That's the amazing piece about the programs I Coach...you can do them at-home! So, when I say that the workout is 30 minutes....you can plan on it taking maybe 32 minutes to account for putting on your shoes, turning on the TV, etc. So, yes....exercise can be only TWO PERCENT of your day! Think about it...
