Description

Canadian Slovenian Chamber of Commerce Mandate of the Canadian Slovenian Chamber of Commerce (Since August 21, 1990):

1. To serve as a voice of the Slovenian business community;

2. To foster and promote trade, commerce, industry and investment among business people, firms and corporations with emphasis on Slovenian business people, firms and corporations;

3. To study and analyse trends and developments affecting the Slovenian business community;

4. To conduct group seminars and discussions on trade and commerce and issues of interest to Slovenian business persons, firms and corporations;

5. To provide a forum for the Slovenian business community to develop opinions and programs which contribute to the social, economic and physical quality of life in Canada;

6. To facilitate business and social contacts among its members;

7. To foster and promote trade, commerce, industry and investment among business people , firms and corporations from Slovenia and Canada and to develop and improve economic, commercial and industrial relations between Slovenia and Canada.
