Tucked away in Lucan, Ontario, a mere 20 minutes north of London, Ontario, resides Lucan Architectural, a one of a kind store specializing in whimsical garden accessories, home decor and more. A store well worth the visit! 1. We're a small family-run business out of Lucan, Ontario- smack-dab between London, Ontario and Exeter, Ontario (20 minutes away from either). We've been in business for 15 years (give or take) and have been at our current location for about 9 of those years.

2. We specialize in hand-crafted, genuine Amish furniture and fun and whimsy home and garden decor. If you drive on Highway # 4 a fair bit you will probably recognize us as that place with the weird and wonderful metal animals out front/ the bright purple house beside it (on the north end of town).

3. Our business is almost entirely run by three people- husband, wife and daughter. Brad (husband) is both the "brawn" of the business and our "Amish ambassador" (overseeing our 15+ Amish builders). Belinda (wife) is the business's creative genius, putting pen to paper to design your dream custom piece of furniture. Avery (daughter) is the social media guru, singlehandedly maintaining this page.

3. We've been working with Amish builders for about a decade now. Our builders are traditional in every sense of the word, using literal horse-powered saws to power their equipment/ the same tools that their ancestors did 100 years ago.

4. Our hand-crafted furniture is some of the most affordable that you will find. Hands down. Our furniture is typically priced from $135 to $900- the majority of which is is made of solid pine.

5. We are open 7 days a week, 9:00 am until 5:00 pm in the spring, summer and fall. In the winter we are CLOSED on Tuesdays (unless otherwise posted). If for whatever reason we are unable to open, we will always post on Facebook when we will not be open informing you of such. We are potentially able to meet outside of our regularly scheduled hours, however, you MUST contact us beforehand to ensure that we are available.

6. New furniture arrives on Thursdays (and sometimes Saturdays). Therefore, your best bet for getting the best selection of furniture is to arrive as soon as you possibly can to then.

7. You may remember us as the store with all of the cast iron urns and statues outside, however, due to the ever-changing market place/ supply and demand, we no longer carry those products.

8. We carry Crossroads Candles, the best line of candles that we have ever encountered before. We retail the 26 ounce candles at $20 (+ tax) a piece, which is $6 less (if not more) than most retail locations!
