Description
We sell high quality yarn and yarn accessories such as; Alpaca, Camel, Cotton, Lambswool, Llama, Merino, Mohair, Qiviut, Silk, Yak and more ... Accessibility:
By TTC, We are 500 metres from Eglinton West station (which does have elevators), or if one wants to take a bus there is a stop at Oakwood (the buses on that route can lower or raise for increased mobility access) that is about 50 metres from us.
Our store is at street level with no steps. The door opens manually with no assist button. However, we have a clear view of the front of the store and will promptly open the door for wheelchair, walker or stroller access. The space through the doorway clears 31 inches. The store is moderately small so we have an open concept rather than aisles – we will upload some photos soon to provide a virtual tour --there is room for a wheelchair to turn around or to park a double stroller. There is no washroom but there is a private back room for diaper changes of wee ones. We are trying to accommodate childcare needs and so we do allow children and friendly pets, and so most items are at a high enough level that little children or dogs will not damage them. We do deliver for free on orders in the GTA over 60$ and we pay the shipping for orders over 120$ in the rest of Canada. Lessons are available in English, if you need them in another language we will help with referrals. If you have request for accommodation please let us know. We are happy to help.
