Friday! We've got a fully stocked bottleshop being anchored by a few bottles of Tibb's Eve our Bière de Nöel (only about forty) and a limited release of Flemish Cap Reserve. FCR is a testament to the magic of time. Given time the brett in our usually bright Flemish Cap turns the beer into a funkier more complex version of itself. We aged these for you. Also... a new beer on tap... This is a weird one! Currently only on tap at the pub. "Weird Grammar," Funky Peach Super Saison, 9.0%. This past summer we cut up a whole bunch of fresh Niagara peaches and tossed them into a big, mixed fermentation saison. After several months, the peaches fermented out, resulting in this funky peach exploration of fermentation. A fruity peach and stone fruit nose leads into a bright, funky, fermented peach body with a strong while grapefruit pith finish from our house brettanomyces culture. Be warned, this one is properly funky.

Back in the fall we sponsored category twenty eight (that's American Wild Ale, for those unfamiliar with BJCP categories) in the GTA Brews Brew Slam. The winner, Evan Bonsell, made this fantastic golden sour which won the category. In fact, it was almost disqualified from winning the category in the second stage because the team judging it in the first stage couldn't stop drinking it and there was almost nothing left to judge. . Now, we're brewing a fun new beer with Evan. It's going in a bourbon barrel and going to be kinda tart. The best part? We're growing up some of the yeast he used to make his winning beer from a bottle of that beer! We'll introduce some Folly/Escarpment Labs blends too, but there will be some of that winning character in our collaboration. We're excited!

Attention to all that reserved our Bière de Nöel, Tibbs Eve. Today is the last day to pickup your reserved bottles. Tomorrow at four o’clock we'll be releasing any remining bottles. We're happy to announce that there are a few extra beyond the reserve list that we can also release tomorrow. We'll post the full number of remaining bottles tomorrow after the reserve period has ended. If you missed out or want a few more, tomorrow is the day. As of right now, it's still on tap at the pub too!

Black Friday! We've got a fully loaded bottleshop with two new beers! Little Barasway, our Brett Porter, and ULLA!, our dark ale with raspberries. Get it? Dark beers, black Friday. We're just rolling around the brewhouse with laughter. Also featuring Flemish Cap, Imposter Syndrome, Inkhorn, Praxis, Rhizome: Equinox/Mosaic, Country North, Aux Sables (Barrel Aged Brett Ale!), and a few Motivated Reasoning (Mixed Fermentation Double IPA with Citra and Columbus).
