Quest Martial Arts Academy is getting our community’s kids, men, and women fitter, safer,
and stronger! Teaching Martial Arts Skillz and lessons for Life! We are offering Kelowna Age specific, developmental based SKILLZ training for kids and Taekwondo and QuestFIT (Kickboxing) for Adults! Kids just want to have fun! Through the SKILLZ program they will, but some of the side benefits are Confidence, Self Awareness, Physical strength, Emotional and behavioral improvements. For Adults whether your goal is to just work out and join a community of like minded individuals who want to get in better shape or learning to protect yourself with our physical training and Mental curriculum you get the benefits of both!

So awesome to have 8th Dan Black Belt Master Darin Gibson founder of Legacy Taekwondo of Lethbridge and President of UTTC, in Kelowna this weekend. Master Gibson was sharing techniques and tips on Woo Nam the pattern (the lost pattern) with black belts on Friday Night, then Kicking Class on Saturday morning and concluded with our black belt exam (results released Wednesday)! A Master by rank and By heart, sharing his knowledge with humility and a desire to help others be a better version of themselves!
