Enso Float Room has the first commercial float tank in Cape Breton! Floatation therapy provides a range of benefits from pain relief to deep relaxation. Floatation therapy, or REST (Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy), is undertaken by floating in warm, salt water in a float tank. It provides an unparalleled level of relaxation!
It is based around the theory that much of our brain’s energy is spent dealing with incoming information from sight, sound, touch and even dealing with gravity.
We are surrounded with stimulation all day long – and it’s exhausting!
The tank is designed to limit all this external ‘noise’ so that your mind and body can rest into deep relaxation.
