At The Healing Gypsy we tattoo with state of the art equipment and products that are all natural and vegan friendly. We understand the uncomfortable feeling a tattoo can have on an individual, so we also offer painless procedures using vegan friendly tattoo anesthetic products to purchase. At The Healing Gypsy we take sterilization and a sanitary, clean environment very seriously for the tattooing experience. All of our artists have sterilization training, as well as experience and practice in this field. We also adhere to the need for privacy for each client. Therefore we offer two private rooms with on suit bathrooms to accommodate your experience and help you relax throughout your session.

Today a big dream came true for me. I can’t tell you how hard and how much I have worked to get to a point where my passions in life support everything that I do. How many people told me that i was just a dreamer, how many people told me no, or that I couldn’t do it. Being a Tattoo Artist, let alone a Business owner isn’t everything people think it is , tattooing isn’t something that everyone believes in. There are still a lot of closed minds in this world, let alone the Stratford area. I couldn’t tell you how many landlords and mortgage brokers, banks , private lenders, insurance companies have turned me down simply because of my occupation. That it didn’t matter how much I worked , how many hours I slaved, how great my credit was, how many dollars in taxes I paid, the world seemed for a while like a big place of NO. Many of you know - I am a young woman that suffers both from Post Traumatic Stress as well as Borderline Personality Disorder, but I have done my best to put my label aside and focus on my purpose here, I may make it seem easy at times, but I assure you it’s far from easy. It’s the hardest thing I do each day , to drag myself out of bed on the ok days , to work on the good days , to rest on the dark days when I really need to make my clients happy - but my mental state of mind unfortunately has to take priority- and they are so understanding and supportive of the journey I must take with my mental health - You have a special place in my heart. And today - 4 years ago - I was 24, laying in an ICU from a serious suicide attempt. Full of so much sadness and darkness. Feeling so broken and alone. I stand in front of a future home - to tell you, to show the world that you can have a good life, even for those of us who suffer from mental illness. In a world full of NO you have to believe that somewhere out there someone is waiting to say YES! And that day happened for me. Today I found the yes. Today I found the forever home not only for myself - but also for the Tattoo Sanctuary - where my anxieties may stop stifling me from going to work. I love you all so infinity. None of this would have happened without you. So much light I send to you 🙏🏻
