Starting TODAY at the SaskTel Sports Centre from 1:30-3:30. All ages welcome for drills, games, scrimmage and tons of fun! Everyone must complete a registration form upon their first visit. If you are dropping the kids off, please print a registration form off of our website and send it with them. Kids under 7 must be accompanied by someone at least 14 years old. Saskatoon Soccer Centre & Xtratime Sports Soccer Locker are proud to introduce a program to celebrate Saskatoon & area soccer teams for their commitment, efforts and positive performances on and off the field. This program is designed to applaud a local team who demonstrates the following values: - true sportsmanship/high levels of fair play - team pride, players helping coaches/volunteers - team spirit - involvement in the community - team success - passion for the game - coaches/parents demonstrating positive sideline behavior The Team of the Week can be nominated by a coach, parent/guardian, player or opposing team and must portray and exemplify what a team is really about. Game results may be taken into consideration, but will not be a determining factor. The goal of the program is to simply celebrate our local athletes, coaches and supporters who positively stand out in our community. One team will be selected each week and will receive pride of place as our Facebook cover photo, bragging rights when pointing to our TVs at both SSCI facilities, and an entry into the monthly draw for awesome prizes!
