This morning, at Salmo Valley Estates, we had the honour of attending an informational workshop presented by 2 Selkirk College Nursing Students. "Nutrition and Medication Information". It was sponsored by Salmo Community Services. Refreshments were provided. It was attended by about 20 people and was super interesting. Thank you to Megan and Nicole for presenting, and to Maureen for putting it all together!

at salmo valley estates mah-jong lessons monday mornings at 10am. starting march 6. we play mah-jong twice a week - Friday mornings 9:30 am. Monday evenings 7pm

A winter storm did not stop bingo from happening at Salmo Valley Estates today. Great to see. Everyone be very careful on walkways, sidewalks and parking lot at SVE because they are very icy!

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Heather Critchlow for making the beautiful floral centerpieces for our tenants' tables for Christmas. That was so sweet of you, Heather, thanks again! (I even got one for my desk.)

Thank you to the staff that have to work on Christmas Day! Merry Christmas everyone. Can't wait for turkey for lunch.

Gave Gail $100 from taking in bottles and cans the last 3 months. Thanks to the residents that put cans and bottles only in containers. Money goes towards lawnmower fund.
