Tom was born and raised in Lake Utopia area and spent many summers visiting his grandparents in St. Andrews. He has a lot of experience in careers dealing with multi stakeholders such as the Wharfinger position, for exampled he was the first Executive Director of Eastern Charlotte County Waterways Commission. Tom will be a year round employee of St. Andrews and will be dealing with wharf business during the winter months. SARBA believes this could be a big step forward into further wharf development.
