Nakusp's Kate Tupper has turned her skills as a welder into a career that lets her work commercially on occasion while pursuing a passion for sculpture. Peace Keeping Graduates Ready to Make a Difference
Students of the Unarmed Civilian Peacekeeping (UCP) Program at #SelkirkCollege will return to their communities around the world equipped to make positive change in times of conflict. Offered through the Mir Centre for Peace at Selkirk College the UCP is offered in two parts - online and an in-person, intensive workshop that just wrapped up at the Tenth Street Campus in Nelson.
