A reminder that our community Peninsula Country Market continues at the Saanich Fairground after the Labour Day weekend through the Thanksgiving weekend - rain or shine, Saturday mornings, 9am - 1pm. Music this weekend (Sept 9): high-energy Knacker's Yard (Celtic). Starting September 16, the market has the option of moving indoors to the RCMP Barn if it looks like rain. A market is like a small village - to remain vibrant, it needs people like you to come out and support our vendors!

Thank you to everyone who has taken time to leave a review. We do take the time to read each and everyone of them (even the not so good ones :) ). Your suggestions help us to continue to improve the Fair each and every year.

Now that the Saanich Fair has come to a close it's time for some thank you's: Thank you to our hundreds of volunteers. It takes a small army to put on the Saanich Fair. The love and care they put into their departments is unmatched Thank you to the staff of the Saanich Fair. The planning and execution off the Fair is a year long process. Thank you to the parking a security team. You did a fantastic job. Thank you to all our vendors for your great products and services. Thank you to West Coast Amusements. You are a great company to work with and provide a first class experience. Lastly, and most importantly, thank you to all our patrons. It was amazing to see you all out in that heat.
