Our Springtime On the Farm Event takes place annually in April. This is a 2 week event which sells out every year! With our Springtime On the Farm event, we put together a safe environment with simple, natural backdrops and minimal props, allowing your family’s interactions with the animals on our farm be the main focus. Some children soak it all in cautiously and quietly while others are excited, giggly and smiley. To us, it’s all about capturing the wonder in their eyes, their natural, curious reactions to the animals and their surroundings with genuine expressions. We will always guide and direct your family throughout your session where needed, with a natural style, capturing the experience, as it is. CANDID. NATURAL. REAL. Today, our middle boy turns 13. How time flies by so fast, I'll never understand. We could not be more proud of the person you are, Tyson. Well Hello There!! We figured, with so many new faces around here, we should introduce ourselves! We are Brad and Cassandra; husband and wife photography team here in the Okanagan, Kelowna to be exact! 😍 We are the parents to 3 amazing boys and countless pets (literally countless, when you include the horses, dogs, cat, lizard, tortoise, sheep, donkey, ducks and chickens). We are both full-time photographers. We photograph couples and families. Our goal is to be "life" photographers. Starting with engagement, we want to follow our couples on their journey, documenting all those important moments that come along. Wedding, maternity, newborn, family, grad. And if you are as animal crazy as we are, we love to include your pets as well, no matter how big or small!! Life. All of it! 💞 When we aren't taking photos, our life revolves around our boys. Our older boys, Jayden (14) and Tyson (13) are HUGE into track and field. SO that means 5 practice days per week and many, many track meets, all over BC. Brad has taken on the role of Okanagan Athletics Club vice president and I am the club photographer (of course), also taking care of the social media and website. It's so much work, but being invloved in something our boys are so passionate about makes our hearts happy and so worth it. Weston (2 1/2) isn't quite old enough to be a part of the track club, but he is pretty much the club mascot, and when he is old enough, LOOK OUT!! 💪🏼🏃 If, by chance, we do have some time off, we LOVE to camp, fly fish and horseback ride. We don't get to do nearly enough if it, but we savor it that much more when we do 🐟🐎 We are so grateful to have the life we have. To get to do something we love with our whole hearts. To us, photographing a grad is not about the "grad walk" on the boardwalk by the Delta Grand/City Park, fighting the crowds of people, hoping to get a photo without the sea of grads and spectators in the background, fighting the harsh mid-day light.
