A shot of our 'Little House' extra dark Ethiopian. After we roast we let our beans de-gas, and after a week of sitting all these beautiful oils come to the surface of the bean. This picture cannot do it justice! And the smell 🤤 heavenly. We're roasting up a storm this morning, come get a whiff!
