Southern Alberta Summer Games : Website by RAMP InterActive

Not sure if you guys are aware but there will again be a Crossfit event in the Southern Alberta Summer Games! It is a one day competition at Crossfit Bad Apples in Brooks on Saturday July 8th. You must register through the PC rec office by May 31st if you want to compete. There are not a ton of cf boxes in southern Alberta, so it would be really nice to have a good turn out from CFPC! Registration is $20, then another $15 cash the day of the event. Open to ages 12 and up. For questions or to get your registration form on paper, you can talk to Kiera at the rec office. Wendy has already registered. ☺️

Another successful Festivus for the Rest of Us #festivusgames I love our big bright windows, but they do make it hard to take pictures...

We will be getting set up for Festivus Friday night after 5:00pm. If anyone is around and wants to help out, please stop by! Also, if you are not already competing in Festivus on Saturday please come cheer everyone on! Heats start at 9am and we figure finals should happen around 3pm.
