The date for Miserable Miles has been set and so the season begins for marathons, triathlons, off season sports training and much more! A well rounded training program will help you meet AND crush your goals! If you are new to exercise and thinking of entering a challenge like Miserable Miles - talk to our Fitness and Personal trainers and we will get you started on a safe and effective program so you get results! Our trainers vary in training style and have so much experience in sports/athletic training, fitness competitions, rehab - we develop workouts for ALL fitness levels and show you how to do it right!!! You just have to tell us your goals and give us some other info and then set a time for your orientation!!! SPRING FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE!!! We offer modifications in our fitness classes because ALL ages and fitness levels are welcome!! Child care is available for the 9:30 am classes - $4 per child or card of 20 uses for $55. Memberships start as low as 1 month for $55- this includes fitness classes, weight room and cardio equipment and your individual workout program as well! So many fitness options at Fitness On The Go!!!! Try out a class or book your program orientation today. 😀

MONDAY APRIL 3 classes - Debbie Walchuk will start your day at 9:30 with an awesome workout after the weekend. Child care available!!! Gayle Walton has HIT - high intensity training - workout 12:10-12:50- high and low options and target number of reps - and Angela Dunnington will have her usual intense workout that her crew loves at 5:30!!!
