HALIFAX - SPECIAL TIMES FOR SPECIAL NEEDS FAMILIES! Hello friends. It has come to our attention that there are many special individuals, young & old, that have unique challenges that may get a lot out of these events however, they do not do well in large crowds. For this reason, moving forward we are going to have a designated day and time that it is free for special needs families to come in and enjoy the exhibit before we open to the general public. Of course everyone is welcome anytime from open to close. If you have a person in your life that would love to take in this event but would not be able to due to the crowds we will be open in Halifax this Saturday morning, February 6th, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am as a special sneak peak for you and your family to enjoy the event with other families who will benefit from a quieter venue. We will not be doing formal shows during this time as we want to maximize the time available for families to see and enjoy some of the animals one on one. We will not be charging for this hour but donations towards our facility and our animal rescue efforts are welcome. A special thank you to the Halifax mom and her beautiful daughter with autism who brought to our attention that her daughter would not be able to attend due to the crowds and asked us if we would ever consider something like that in the future. Indeed we would, starting this weekend :-). We are very very very happy to be fully accessible and do everything we can to meet the needs of these very special families. If you know anyone this would apply to or could benefit from it please let them know. Little Ray

Watch the world's biggest jumping spider make a leap

By far my favourite spiders, maybe invertebrate, are jumping spiders. They are so awesome. They almost seem fearless and courageous. If you look close at them they will turn and look at you, move around and watch you, jump to your hand or another object you put near them. They are beyond cool. I just saw this on Shawn Heflick's page and had to share. AWESOME footage! Again by the BBC. Enjoy http://www.bbc.com/earth/story/20160129-watch-the-worlds-biggest-jumping-spider-make-a-dramatic-leap

THE EVOLUTION OF MY CAR Hello friends. I am very excited to share a sneak peak of my awesome new Chevrolet Volt's transformation from blue to a beautiful sleek reptilian promotional vehicle. I have always held that the best form of advertising for brand awareness is a wrapped vehicles that stand out. For a small investment you can promote your business year round everywhere you go for YEARS but being this is my personal car I wanted to do something a little different and unique and my friends at K6 Media are about to knock this out of the park. A huge thank you to Christian Lavergne and Tristan Hannington for all their support and hard work over the years and I can not thank JamieLee Burke enough for the design work she puts together on all our projects and Kevin for being the best vehicle graphics installer in Ottawa. Can wait to see the finished product. I am certain this will be the coolest promotional vehicle EVER! Stay tuned.....
