Black Lotus Kickboxing is an Orillia based gym which offers classes for everyone. Competitive training, recreational, women only and children's classes. Black Lotus Kickboxing is a unique Orillia based gym which offers the opportunity to train under World Kickboxing Champion and Two time Canadian National SanShou Champion, Nic Langman.
Black Lotus offers a huge variety of classes, including:

Beginner Kickboxing
Intermediate Kickboxing
Competitive Training
Women's Only Fight Fitness
Weight Training
Sunrise Kickboxing
Training will include cardio drills, kickboxing skill and technique development, pad work, heavy bag work, weight training and sparring. (Based on the class and individual's skill/comfort level)
There is not an exercise program in the world that will provide faster, healthier results.
