As of November 1, 2016, Guest Control Systems will be the sole authorized service representative for Tecvalco’s products in Western Canada. Guest is a service provider based out of Lloydminster, Kerrobert, and Bonnyville, that has been handling combustion and instrumentation applications for over 30 years. They have years of experience with the CWT product line, and have focused solely on getting better at providing top-notched service at extremely competitive prices. We at Tecvalco are aware that it is important to still maintain a direct line to the end-user, and we have a Manufacturer’s Service Representative that will remain on staff for those rare occasions that require a direct representative on site. Additionally, the key service personnel from Tecvalco that handled servicing the CWT line have taken positions at Guest Controls, and will still be available to work on CWT heaters.
