We are excited to announce. Every month we will be hosting an Oyster Night with Brent the Oyster Man! Join us this Valentine's day as we launch our first Oyster night. Chef Amanda and Sommelier Leah have teamed up to created a selection of decadent entrées and wine features.

Treat yourself after a long day in the snow! Tonight's feature is a Confit Duck Leg with sour cherry sauce, charred onion, sesame bok choy and cardamon scented jasmine rice. We recommend to pair with a glass of the Castelli Romani Rosso.
This weekend we have a special treat. ~The Road to Matcha Sundae~ Dusted with ceremonial grade matcha, sponge toffee, 24 carat gold flakes and a mango lattice spring roll
