Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church - Oakville
Description
We worship each Sunday at 10 am and welcome everyone to join us. We are wheelchair-accessible and invite children to join our Sunday School (JK to Grade 6). For Lutherans, worship is our opportunity to encounter God’s grace as a community weekly.
We experience God’s grace in two ways. One way is in the Word that is read from the Bible and brought to life in preaching, drama and song. And the other is in the sacraments of Holy Communion, celebrated weekly, and Baptism, whenever a new member joins the life of Grace.
Our worship is participatory. Everyone is invited to sing lively and meaningful hymns, both ancient and modern, to respond to the prayers, and to assume roles of leadership using their gifts and exploring their interests.
