which are carefully prepared using a unique blend
of spices, herbs, and natural edibles.
Unlike North Indian cuisine, Hyderabadi cuisine is
characterized by the extensive use of coconut,
tamarind, peanuts, and sesame seeds during the
slow cooking process. Slow cooking is the hallmark
of Hyderabadi cuisine and all items are prepared in traditional way.
