MON & WED 7pm
KICKBOXING LEVEL 1 & 2:
An excellent work out for both beginners and experienced students! This class is a full body workout. Emphasis is on all aspects of proper form and technique and traditional kickboxing combinations.
MON & WED 8pm
KICKBOXING LEVEL 3:
This class takes your kickboxing skills to the next level and is mandatory class for our competitive fighters! Learn to set up effective fighting combinations while utilizing proper technique for sparring and competition.
FRI 7pm
KICKBOXING ALL LEVELS: A complete full body workout for beginners to advanced students! This class combines Kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques with pad work! In this class you kick, punch and burn calories to excellent fitness and strength levels. Boxing gloves are recommended for this class (if you already have your own gloves please bring them to class
