Tuesday morning 11:15am - 12:45pm - All Levels with a longer meditation at the end of practice
Monday evening 6:30-8:00pm - All Levels With 20+ years of experience teaching Yoga and offering Holistic Healing Treatments

Elizabeth weaves together a blend of all her studies to create a safe, sacred, insightful and healing yoga class that is suitable for all.
Holistic Wellness Private Sessions:

Reiki Therapy, Warm Stone Relaxation Massage, Yoga for Healing, Higher-Self Living Sessions
