The new owners are Robert Duncan and Bee Duncan. And if all goes well, Lily.
Rob is originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba. He is a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts in Scottsdale, AZ. He has been a Chef for just over 15 years. Mostly he has worked in high end hotels and steak houses.
Bee is originally from Montreal, Quebec. She is a graduate from Saint Pius X Culinary Arts Institute in Montreal, Qc. She has been in almost every department of the industry. From bussing tables, waiting tables, tending bar, and then became a Chef as well and has done that ever since.
Rob and Bee were married in 2010. In 2012, Lily was born.
They bought the old Beals house just down the street in Middleton, NS. And have plans to restore its old bones once the restaurant is at their standards.
They are open to suggestion, and truly appreciate constructive criticism. They understand that it doesn't matter what they want, it's what YOU want!
