Unlike the typical intimidating gym environment, (that leaves you confused and misdirected) we work with our clients in a welcoming, private studio and provide the tools, support and accountability they need to achieve sustainable results.
Our Mission is to: Deliver the highest quality of fitness services and programs to our clients in order to help them reach their fitness goals. Beyond that we will help our clients to reach a level of self actualization and feeling of belongingness within our community.

We believe our job is to serve our clients with our knowledge, advice, listening skills and program delivery. We are not to be the idol to live up to, but the mentor to help the client become successful.

We believe that honest conversations about what needs to be done, changed or adhered to must happen with every client. We also expect honest conversations and feedback from our clients about their needs, concerns and expectations from us.
3) High Quality
We believe that we should offer only the highest quality of programs or services that are proven scientifically, through vigorous testing and ultimately produce the results that the client is paying for.
4) Personal Responsibility
We help teach our clients about being personally responsible for their health and not dependent on us or anyone for their success. This is also something in our culture that we promote. That every person in the company takes a high level of personal responsibility for program delivery, work and ultimately the success of the company.
5) Community
Our community is everything to us. Whether it be the local community who supports us, our work community who we go to battle with every day, or our gym family, they all deserve our energy to help them grow and reach new levels of success. Please give it up for our April Member of The Month and check out what she had to say... "I joined New U in May 2016. I was at my heaviest that I have ever been and I felt like I needed to get active and the Take Down Challenge (now called Kick Start) they were offering sparked my interest as it was nutrition based. One week into the program, I could not believe how much my energy levels had increased. It was incredible! After the 28 day program was over, I knew I had to join as a member. Since joining, I have lost 40 pounds! I feel AMAZING…more energized and have a new found confidence in myself. I love when someone asks me how I have lost weight because I feel that I am doing it the right way! This in itself makes me feel good as I am not just trying out the latest fad diet or cutting out an entire food group. I have made a lifestyle change and with the help of New U have learned how to eat healthier and still enjoy delicious food! Everyone at New U keeps me motivated. I LOVE the staff – they are so supportive and will do everything they can to help you achieve your goal. And my peeps at the 6 am classes are AWESOME and so much fun to be around! Who knew I could be a morning person?...definitely not me! My advice to anyone afraid to take the first step to get started…just attend a class and talk to the amazing trainers or try a program. You will be welcomed by all and will not be judged on your fitness level …everyone has to start somewhere! The exercises can be challenging at times, but they can be modified for any fitness level. I just love the atmosphere at New U…it’s not a competition; it’s about doing your best! And trust me when I say, if I can do it – anyone can!"
