Abundance Artisan Bakery is a full service traditional scratch bakery serving Lillooet and the surrounding area. Abundance Artisan Bakery and Cafe was established in order to provide the people of Lillooet and the surrounding region with a more diverse selection of healthy baked goods made from scratch with quality ingredients. With our recent relocation to fabulous new space we can now offer a selection of specialty coffees, sandwiches, salads, soups, etc... Our intention is to be a community gathering place, one that listens and responds to the needs and desires of its customers as well as to curate what we believe to be a great selection of rustic, wholesome staple breads and delightful eats Our goal is to provide a cost conscious product without compromising taste or health. There will be NO preservatives, dough conditioners or colouring! Just simple ingredients that provide simple pleasure. We hope you agree.
