If anyone is looking for inspiration and motivation you have to come to some of my classes! The ladies that attend those classes are so amazing and so strong. The progress each and everyone of them is showing, just by showing up! All of us have started somewhere. When I first started, there was no way I could do a plank unless it was on my knees. When I do tricep push ups some of them are still on my knees. But most of them are on my toes. All you have to do is show up and keep coming. Even if it's not any of my classes, as long as you keep doing what you're doing you will progress! That is a guarantee!

Hi Fitfam! I'm going away on vacation in June and I can't wait! BUT that means I won't be around much in June either :(. You see when I take vacation from work, it means I have to pack 3 weeks' worth of work into 1 week. SO, the first week of June is "tentative", except for the last BAM class that is a make-up class for when the power went out a few weeks ago. The last week of June is also "tentative" because I frankly don't know how my full-time work will be upon my return. Most of you with Monthly Memberships I've already extended you to accommodate this 2 week absence...some I've already accommodate 3 weeks and some I've already accommodated the entire month. We will see the membership end dates once the month of June is done and readjust if needed, so no worries. :)

No-Bake Shakeology Breakfast Cookies Author: Beachbody Yield: 8 servings, 1 large cookie each Breakfast Cookies = Cookies. For. Breakfast. Ingredients ½ cup all-natural peanut butter ¼ cup raw honey 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract 3 Tbsp. chia seeds 3 Tbsp. raw pumpkin seeds 2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut ½ cup quick-cooking rolled oats ¼ cup dried fruit (like unsweetened cranberries, unsweetened cherries, raisins, or apricots) ½ cup Vanilla Shakeology Instructions Place peanut butter and honey in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 100% for 20 seconds; mix well with clean hands (or a rubber spatula). Add extract, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, oats, dried fruit, and Shakeology; mix well with clean hands (or a rubber spatula). Roll mixture into eight large balls, each about 2-inches in size. Flatten each slightly so that it is shaped like a traditional cookie. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
