facebook.comYou read that right! 106.75 inches in 19months! That's just under 9 feet in inches! Heather joined CTUY in 2015 and has been going strong ever since with no turning back! While her Programs varied from 12-week to 12-week, she has always maintained control, consistency, diligence and an incredible attitude! When Heather started, she focused on the food. Eventually she added in walking which turned into running. She gradually started my DVDs and made it a family thing where her kids joined in and helped keep her accountable! Then she joined a gym in the area she lives in and has pushed her body with exercises she never thought she'd ever be able to do! Today she is a new person on the inside and on the outside without losing her sense of self. Heather you are just amazing! We still look at your photos together in awe and will never get used to looking back at how far you've come. The strength this takes is only a small window into how strong this girl is in real life. You deserve the recognition Heather, you are one of the strongest women I am so lucky to know. The Spring into Summer 12-week program is under way with it's first day started and most participants getting ready for their mid morning snack right now! Prep is everything as you have planned your first day and for your week. "Failing to prepare is preparing to fail". Learning to prep and have food organized will keep you on a successful path through these next 12-weeks! Take one day at a time and focus on your food being on track. This first week depends on your diligence to set the rest of your progress up for major results! You're all going to do great and what a fantastic and eager group of new Participants this Spring! This might just be the best Program yet! James just finished the New Year 12-week program with flying colors as you can see! James lost 30.8lb on the scale, 25.75 inches, he lost 4lb of fat from around his heart and organs, and gained 21 years on his internal heart health! You're a new you James! This was all done with a busy lifestyle of kids and work, no structured exercise, and a vacation during the first 4 weeks of the Program where following the Program to a T was not expected or practiced lol! Congratulations James on all your success and health improvements! You look Great!

With the focus being on changing their eating habits, Ross definitely needed to be sold on my theory and Ginette was hopeful as they jumped in with 4 feet together to change their nutrition for good! The Reed's attended one of my LIVE Info Sessions and have been coming to weigh-ins ever since. With 46.75 inches lost in the last 2yrs, Ginette has gone from learning how to fuel her system and not focusing on a scale number in pounds to the lifestyle becoming second nature and adding in exercise over time! Ginette is my most favorite proof of why wearing the same clothing at weigh-ins makes such a difference when we compare photos! Ginette you have come SO far from learning the science and not focusing on the numbers on the scale! Your attitude is amazing and your perseverance inspirational! Ross was a tough nut to crack but after hearing me out, he went all in and has never turned back in 2yrs. With 30lb gone and 48.75 inches lost, Ross lives life to the fullest and brings me the maple syrup and cookies he knows he can't have lol We have good visits and share the rewards from all of the success! Ginette and Ross, you are SO GOOD, consistent, diligent, and a pleasure to work with always. You make this coach very proud as you prove to be living your lifestyle and making gains no matter what life has in store for you. Congratulations on another 12-weeks of progress and success! Losing 20lb and 24" in 12-weeks, Kevin has been taken off of 2 medications by his doctor, has more stamina & energy, and is fitting into clothes he once wore but are looser than ever on him now! Kevin's body fat % has lowered by 6.6% (14lb of fat!), he has gained 23yrs on his internal body age and lost 4lb of fat (bricks of butter!) from around his heart and organs! Kevin you've done so so well and worked very diligently to stay within the boundaries of the CTUY Program! My long time CTUY client Ross Reed sent me this email this week. With his permission, I am sharing it with you because he is too modest to brag about himself on social media: Thought of CTUY today & the many ways you and the program have helped my life. Three years ago I weighed 245 lbs. I struggled trying to loose weight by myself with little success. Then I met you and you said I could loose weight. In June 1963 I went in training at the RCMP weighing 185 lbs. (20 yrs old). They said they were going to run me till I dropped 30 lbs. Nine months later I graduated weighing 178 lbs. Seems I must have been in pretty good shape to start with. I purchased after graduation a regimental Blazer and wore it occasionally for years until the dreaded patrol car spread took over. I didn't wear my blazer for many years. Today I buried a colleague. I proudly wore my Regimental Blazer. The same blazer that I bought after training some 54 years ago. I told some of the members that it was my original blazer and no one believed me. Thanks Patty for you help and guidance you have so graciously given me. A New Year brings an opportunity to make positive changes. Habits are developed over time and become part of our lifestyle.
