Kids Jiu Jitsu, BJJ, MUAY Thai, MMA, boxing and Sambo Tekken is offering value-priced martial arts instruction serving its customers in our community by providing several programs (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Sambo, Judo, Muay Thai/Kickboxing, No-Gi/MMA, TRX training, self-defence) for a variety of purposes, ranging from basic martial arts, to self-defence, to esteem and life skills building, and more to kids and adults.

Tonight is the first night of the new schedule! Remember kids class will now be at 6pm- BJJ Purple Belt Class (all are welcome) 6:45-7:30 pm. Randori (Rolling) 7:30-8:15 and BJJ Blue 8:15-9
