At Spa Day on Main we believe that everybody deserves to be pampered and we do this with great staff that are trained to cater everybody's individual needs My name is Aline Bonenfant. I was born and raised up north in the City of Sudbury, Ontario. I studied Esthetics at The Academy of Esthetics in Sudbury and was certified in June of 1999. Since then Esthetics has been a part of my everyday life. I began to work in a spa a week after my studies and have been meeting many great people along the way.
In May of 2007, I decided to open my first Spa and Hair Salon in Sudbury, where I had the great pleasure of meeting and pampering clients. To create a safer and more unwinding environment for my guests, I found guidance from Dr. Julie Desimone (Foot specialist/Chiropodist) At Desimone Foot & Ankle centre in Sudbury.
In 2012 I had the opportunity to work as a Chiropodist Assistant/mentored by Dr. Stephanie Shlemkevich (Foot specialist/Chiropodist) At the Aquilon Foot Clinic in Sudbury. This further taught me how important it is to have proper foot care and that is exactly what I intend to give.
Hamilton is a beautiful city and would often spend my vacation time here doing pre-booked HOME SPA PARTIES. I met some wonderful people and often thought, what if I was a Hamiltonian?
In August of 2013, I decided it was time for a change and decided to make the move to Hamilton. After several months of being a resident, my curiosity prompted the search for a new location to open my spa...I believe I've found it! For me, esthetics is a love, passion and art. There is no better feeling than waking up and knowing that today I will help someone feel good. I look forward to meeting you and making your spa day an unwinding experience.
