St. Joseph's West 5th Campus provides specialized tertiary mental health services for residents of Central South Region in Ontario, operating specialized mental health beds and providing leading edge community services to thousands of outpatients.

St. Joseph's King Campus is a state-of-the-art, stand-alone facility that has pioneered models of ambulatory care and includes a robust Surgery Centre for cataract surgeries and a 39-bed Satellite Dialysis Centre.

St. Joseph's Charlton Campus is a tertiary care teaching centre, which includes the regional centre for kidney transplants, oncologic surgery and a large acute care hospital.

Among St. Joseph's teaching contributions are the internationally renowned Centre for Minimal Access Surgery and the Centre for Evaluation of Medicines.


Affiliated with McMaster University, Mohawk College, and the St. Joseph's Health System (SJHS), SJHH is home to the multi-million dollar Father Sean O'Sullivan Research Centre, the prestigious Firestone Institute for Respiratory Health, and the high-tech Brain-Body Institute.

Jab Counter

Next Thursday is Jabs for St. Joe's, a community event in support of patient care and research at St. Joe's! Open to Jab Counter members and non-members alike, everyone will be challenged to raise a minimum of $25 in pledges (or make a donation) to complete three x 2 minute rounds on the heavy bag and/or 500 punches for charity. In return, you will receive a refillable water bottle and a souvenir pair of hand wraps! Don’t worry if you’ve never tried boxing before! We will have experts on hand to support you and are convinced you will love this fun, athletic activity! The work out will take about 25-30 minutes per person and include a warm up, bag workout and wind down. Earlier today Anna Lewis ran the 30k The Around the Bay Road Race route despite the hot day! Anna was accompanied on her run by Ben Jurkovic, manager of the Hamilton Running Room, local media personalities from AM900 CHML and Adam Tillich from our Foundation team for different parts of the 30k route - which included tackling the Valley Inn Rd. Hill where they were greeted and cheered on by Hamilton Mayor Fred Eisenberger. Congrats on finishing strong! We're looking forward to race day on March 26, 2017! Dr. McCabe has over 120 published articles and book chapters in the areas of anxiety, eating disorders, and cognitive behavioural therapy. Books based on her research have been translated into a number of languages and are used around the world for treating anxiety disorders. Baby-Friendly means that all members of the health care team work collaboratively with families to provide education and support around infant feeding. Where?
