The ALP Training Institute is the active person's home to health and performance with a supportive community atmosphere that inspires effort & commitment. We are a locally owned and operated hybrid style Gym that believes in a taking a community based approach to helping people improve their health and performance.

We offer open gym memberships, personal and semi-private training, group training/bootcamps, Hockey specific training and development programs, and online lifestyle coaching based around nutrition and health.

Our award winning staff is known for the care and dedication they have to their clients and our members. Each coach/personal trainer is mentored by our Owner, Adam Lloyd, and each staff member comes with years of experience.

On October 7th 2017, we hosted our first official Weightlifting Meet at ALP-TI. It was such an awesome day full of great performances from the athletes competing and support from so many members and spectators. She's down almost 20lbs and 6% body fat last we checked 🙌🏻 • Keep crushing it Sonia! You're an inspiration to us all 💙
