Archery Lessons Our next set of 6-week archery lessons are open for registration! Regardless of previous experience, you can learn to shoot that bullseye! Summer Camps A unique medieval experience awaits! In collaboration with the Royal City Fencing Club, we will be hosting our Youth Fencing and Archery Summer Camps. Intended for kids ages 8-14, this active camp teaches youth how to safely and effectively handle a variety of medieval-style weaponry. Each week-long camp will be running from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm: 9:00am - 12:00pm Fencing 12:00pm - 12:30pm Lunch 12:30pm - 1:30pm Crafting 1:30pm - 4:30pm Archery / Throwing / Combat Archery Camp weeks: July 8 - 12 July 22 - 26 August 5 - 9 August 19 - 23 August 26 - 30 Parents and guardians must provide a lunch and snacks for their child each day, but we will provide pizza for lunch on Friday. The cost for the week-long camp is $300, tax included. All equipment is provided, though your child is free to bring their own equipment if they have it. It will need to be inspected by our coaches before use, and is subject to our standard equipment restrictions. More information can be found on our website at theroyalgarrison.com.

Our next set of group archery lessons are starting this week! Intermediate lessons will be held on Monday evenings, and Beginner lessons will be held on both Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Looking for something to do during March Break? From March 11-15, all of our regular-price standard activities are $5 off per person, per hour! Our Youth Archery and Fencing March Break Camp is open for registration! In collaboration with the Royal City Fencing Club, our fun-fulled day camp teaches kids how to safely handle a variety of medieval-style weaponry, including bows, arrows, epees, and more! Active games and a challenging last-day tournament await those who wish to test their new skills! The camp will be held from March 11th -15th, and is open to kids ages 8-14. We recently renovated our throwing range! The largest change: our new targets are now larger, more stable, and fully to the standard of the World Axe Throwing League! Our stump targets are freshly cut, rebanded, and are now arranged vertically to offer more variety and challenge. To complement them, we've also added more standing logs to the range! Along with the new targets, we've also adjusted and secured the protective matting on the floor and behind the targets. This should prevent weapons from further disappearing into the void, and prevent the throwing line from shifting over time. Finally, we plan on improving the range further in the near future, including adding more stumps, adding a removable dividing center wall, and starting league play with the World Axe Throwing League!

We recently renovated our whole throwing range! Our large targets are now to full WATL standard, and we rearranged our stump layout to hopefully provide more options!

There will be no group lessons this evening, February 25th, due to the weather.

Due to the weather, both the Beginner Youth and Adult lessons are cancelled this evening, Tuesday, February 12th. For all those currently taking this lesson set, our instructor will be contacting you about class make-up options.
