Offers 24/7 access Stay Fit is a true 24/7 fitness center. With your 24/7 access card we're available all hours of the day to make it easy for you to fit your work outs into a busy schedule. Stay Fit is unlike any other gym in Guelph offering a wide variety of elite fighting programs led by experienced martial arts instructors. There are a variety of different classes including BJJ, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, Sr. Tae Kwon Do, Jr. Dragons (beginners/advanced), and competitive Tae Kwon Do for those of you wanting to take your fighting to the next level. During times that the Elite Fighting Academy is not in use for classes, you are welcome to use it for your own individual needs. We also have a number of complimentary Fitness Classes that are offered throughout the week for all members.. Bums Legs and Tums, Zumba, Women's Box Fit, Bootcamp, Circuit Style, Power 45, Cross X SST Training, 20-20-20, Yoga and Pilates, and more! We also offer Child Watch Monday-Thursday (9am-12pm, 5pm-8pm) and Saturday (9am-12pm).
