Creative Spark Workshops is a 600 square foot studio where we hold workshops and classes for adults and kids in all sorts of mediums! At Creative Spark Workshops, we are inspired to both create artful pieces or learn a new skill with expert artisans and industry professionals sharing their knowledge with anyone who wants to learn! We have classes and workshops for adults and kids ages 6 and up. You can book time at the studio to work on a piece of furniture you'd like to update, refinish or simply paint, learn anything from stained glass to drawing techniques to digital photography skills and adobe Creative Suite software (in our 'BYOL' - bring your own laptop - series). We have great summer camps for kids from ages 8-14 with smaller class sizes so that your child gets more one-on-one instruction and lots of great goodies and kits to take home to continue with their newly learned skills! Had another great group at the studio yesterday for a 'Women, Wine and Wire' workshop (they switched out wine for another 'W' instead: Water!) from the University of Guelph Nutrition degree program (see, now the Water makes sense). Great job on your necklaces girls, and good luck with your upcoming exams!
It's been awhile since we've connected here - it's because we're planning some new workshops and possible Summer Market to complement our Winter Market. So exciting to be able to expand on our brand! Over the next few weeks, we'll be finalizing dates and times for workshops at the studio including Photoshop for Etsy/web/blog folk, Marketing for small business, and even setting up a 'Sane Saturdays' for crafters who'd like to work on their craft while networking with other crafters.
