Let me introduce you to our Zen Wellness Program - Spring Edition Our main goal in our 10-week Zen Wellness Program is to help and support YOU in building a solid foundation for health and wellness. Holistic Nutritionist, Dana Clark, and Movement and Mindset Coach, Jenn Ricker, will guide you, step by step, through your journey in discovering more energy, lose or gain weight, experience less pain, and gain more motivation and drive to take your health and wellness into your own hands. We start right with the basics, water consumption and routine building, we also tackle the pitfalls in our eating habits, we explore ideas and marketing tricks that confuse us at the grocery store and offer modifications and simplifications when it comes to fitting movement into your busy schedules. We also offer constant online support during the 10-weeks through private messaging and a private facebook group. The group is a safe space where all of our program members get to share their wins, their loses, their struggles and their triumphs. Having completed 7 rounds of this program, what truly makes it unique is the amazing women it attracts. Like-minded individuals, all striving for the same goal, a healthier version of themselves. From self-love practices to shopping trips, from cooking classes to one-on-one private sessions, it's our goal to inspire you, and assist you in creating lasting change.
