One of the wonderful things about living in Ontario is our wonderful summer produce, and what is more delicious right now than Ontario zucchinis and Ontario tomatoes. Kellie’s Mom’s Tomato Zucchini Casserole 2 small zucchini 1 medium sweet onion 2 small tomatoes 1 cup croutons Salt and pepper Cheddar cheese, grated Combine first 5 ingredients in a cast iron pan (or casserole dish if you don’t have one) and bake, covered at 350 degrees for 40 min.- 1 hour. Uncover, and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven, until cheese melts. ( I cut this in half if it is for one person)

Nothing says "Summer" like fresh strawberries. Pair them with our homemade spicy pecans, creamy feta, and Maple Balsamic dressing made in Muskoka, and you have a healthy lunch that they will ask for again and again!!!! Nice job Tina!

Yummies in a Jar homemade vinaigrette (try the new Orange and Peach!) or Balsamic and Maple bread dipper & dressing. Add to it one of our "chocolate" Canadian Flags on a stick and dress it all up with a little red and white curly tie!! Super Cute! And the hostess will LOVE it!!
