Classes today! Extreme conditioning at 830, MELT at 930, ass and abs at 1030! Great job to EVERYBODY who came out and got the work done! Was not the most easy of workouts but were not here for easy are we!?

TRX class Saturday’s at 8:30 today’s workout was pretty simple , do one square at a time for 8 minutes , every time you finish a exercise in a square do one from the bottom of the board, the chosen exercise must remain with that square for the remainder of the workout. Gun club class Saturday’s at 9:30, today’s workout was super set and tri set orientated you must complete each exercise for its set amount of reps and sets before moving on to the next.
